Successful BIM starts at the outset of a project where we bring to the project a deep experience in the preparation of Building Execution Plans that guide the broader consultant team on ensuring 3D documentation collateral is utilised throughout the life of a project.
At the front end of projects, 3D rich BIM data is used extensively in the design process, where In communication with our clients and stakeholders, the output of our digital collateral is used to inform and guide decisions.
During the planning approval phase, it is used to communicate design rational, compliance and above all, design excellence.
During the sales and marketing phase. the data is used to ensure marketing commitments are current and connected to the design development as it often concurrently proceeds.
During construction procurement, BIM is utilised for speed of co-ordination and documentation.
Finally, for projects where long term asset owners are involved, data rich collateral can be used for post construction facilities management.
