About the Role
Join our leadership team as Practice Delivery Lead, where you’ll be responsible for shaping how we deliver projects across the studio. You’ll oversee project planning, resourcing, and documentation standards, ensuring high-quality outcomes while supporting Project Leaders and freeing up Directors’ time for business development.
This role combines practice management, project delivery, and mentoring, giving you scope to influence systems, drive efficiency, and foster a culture of continual improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the studio’s delivery performance, maintaining quality, profitability, and service standards
Oversee resource planning, project programming, and documentation processes
Support Project Leaders with planning, financial tracking, and client liaison
Contribute to proposals, fee structures, and resourcing to help win work
Mentor project leaders and teams, providing guidance on complex project issues
Build strong client relationships, driving repeat and referral opportunities
Collaborate with senior leaders to enhance systems and standards across the practice
About You
You bring deep professional expertise and a proven track record of leading delivery in an architecture or design practice. With strong commercial acumen and a collaborative leadership style, you thrive in balancing project, people, and business priorities. Your skills include:
15+ years’ professional practice experience with tertiary qualifications in a core design discipline
Professional registration/licence in Australia
Strong knowledge of project planning, programming, and quality management
Experience leading teams, mentoring future leaders, and resolving complex project issues
Confidence in client engagement and contributing to business development
Integrity, resilience, and a commitment to continuous improvement
We’re looking for a talented and motivated Senior Architectural Graduate or Registered Architect to join our Sydney studio. This is a great opportunity to work at the forefront of design, contributing to high-quality multi-residential and mixed-use projects from early concept through to planning approval.

Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the design and delivery of multi-residential, mixed-use, and hospitality projects, with a focus on feasibility studies, early design phases, and planning approvals
Support the Project Leader in day-to-day project activities, demonstrating initiative and ownership
Prepare compelling design presentations and high-quality development application documentation
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to maintain the integrity of the design vision
Navigate planning regulations and ensure compliance with the NCC, Australian Standards, and other relevant codes
Coordinate with project teams to meet design objectives and project milestones
Participate in internal design reviews and help mentor junior team members
Use advanced Revit skills to produce accurate, efficient documentation to a high standard
About You
You combine strong design thinking with solid delivery expertise and have experience across multi-residential and mixed-use projects. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in handling complexity. A strong communicator and natural collaborator, you uphold design quality at every stage of a project.
Required Skills & Experience
Master’s degree in Architecture
Between 4 to 8 years of post-graduate experience, with an interest in moving into a leadership role
Proficiency in Revit and experience delivering documentation in BIM environments
Solid understanding of planning pathways and Building Code of Australia compliance
Proven ability to manage timelines, consultants, and competing demands
A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for thoughtful, high-quality design.
