We are looking for a Senior Architect with Project Leader responsibilities to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in leading projects from concept to completion, ensuring design integrity and client satisfaction while managing multidisciplinary teams. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and overseeing project budgets and program commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Lead design teams through all phases of the architectural process and manage client relationships.
Team Management: Mentor junior architects and graduates to develop their design and technical skills. Coordinate with external consultants and contractors.
Design Development, Compliance & Documentation: Drive design through the delivery of projects including ensuring adherence to relevant building codes and industry standards while managing project design documentation.
Operational Support: Collaborate with the management team to streamline workflows and support knowledge development initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
Master's in architecture with 10+ years of professional experience, including project leadership.
Proficiency in Revit and other design software, with excellent communication skills.
Strong understanding of Australian building codes, legislation, and compliance.
Experience in multi-disciplinary environments within design, architecture, interiors and urban planning.

Step into a dynamic Interior Design team where you’ll play a key role in shaping impactful spaces. You’ll manage projects across all stages, from initial concept to documentation, while taking ownership of projects supported by senior leaders. With exposure to a variety of project types ranging from multi-residential, hotel, workplace, hospitality and public interiors, you’ll contribute your creativity, technical expertise, and collaborative spirit to deliver exceptional design outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Design spaces that foster positive outcomes for people, communities, and stakeholders
• Develop creative interior design concepts that align with the overall projects architectural design intent
• Apply knowledge of construction regulations, including the BCA and Australian Standards
• Prepare engaging presentations, visualization graphics, and stakeholder communications to drive client decisions
• Collaborate with teams, clients, and consultants to achieve outstanding design and built form results
• Uphold project quality by adhering to established management systems
About You
You have completed tertiary education in Interior Design and bring professional local experience across design or construction phases. Your skills include:
• 5 to 10 years of post-graduate professional experience
• Confidence and experience in client presentations and stakeholder engagement
• Strong graphic design skills, with the ability to create compelling concept presentations
• A passion for finishes, materials, and maintaining a strong network of suppliers
• Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, and familiarity with Enscape and Revit (preferred)
• Experience translating concepts into tender drawings and managing projects through tender and construction phases
• Critical thinking, initiative, and a results-focused mindset
• Strong interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and building cooperative relationships
• A strong desire to work collaboratively with our architectural team
