Key Responsibilities
Front-end delivery experience up to DA; back-end delivery experience is preferred but not essential
Oversee projects, including site inspections, to ensure compliance with standards and specifications
Utilise current design technology to develop and document designs
Apply construction regulations, including the BCA and Australian Standards, to ensure project compliance
Collaborate closely with clients and your team to understand the project scope
Focus on managing project data effectively
Create and deliver presentations to stakeholders
Conduct research and analyse site data with a creative approach
Advise clients on construction materials, selections, and costs
Prepare return briefs, reports, and cost estimates
Adhere to management systems to maintain project quality
Stay updated on technological advancements and continuously enhance your skills
About you
You have completed your Master of Architecture in Australia and possess professional experience in NSW, working on both design and delivery phases.
Proficient in Revit
3-4 years of experience, preferably in multi-residential projects but not essential
Professional approach with keen attention to detail
Strong ability to strategize and manage workloads to meet deadlines and objectives
Confident under pressure with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Skilled in influencing and negotiating
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Capable of understanding, assessing, and resolving complex challenges
Open to learning, expanding your experience, and applying new knowledge
