On Saturday 14 November, Studio.SC Director Edward Salib will take visitors behind the design of the Australian War Memorial's New Entrance, exploring how contemporary architecture can honour heritage while creating a more accessible and welcoming experience.

The tour will offer insights into the design thinking behind the New Entrance and Oculus, from the interplay of natural light and materiality to the careful integration of new spaces within one of Australia's most significant cultural landmarks.

Part of the festival's Canberra Open Homes program, the tour offers a unique opportunity to experience the project through the perspective of its architect.
