Ornella Bucceri accepted into the 500 Women in Property Program

We are beyond pleased to see Ornella Bucceri accepted into the 500 Women in Property Program for FY26!

Ornella brings a calm and confident leadership presence to everything she does and guides our teams across projects big and small with clarity, creativity and care. Her selection for the program is a well-deserved recognition of the talent, drive and impact we’ve had the privilege of seeing over the past 10 years.

Now in its 10th year, the Property Council of Australia program drives meaningful change across the industry creating pathways to leadership, building confidence and opening doors for the next generation of women in property.

With Director Edward Salib proudly sponsoring her through the process, we’re excited to see Ornella step into this next chapter of her career and continue to lead by example both within our studio and across the industry.
