This one means a lot.

We’re incredibly proud to share that Rozelle Village has officially received SSDA approval.

Located on the site of the former Balmain Leagues Club, it’s a project shaped by many iterations, community perspectives, and shifting planning policy—but also by persistence, belief, and deep respect for place.

“For us, this isn’t just another approval. It’s what happens when design, nostalgia, and policy are backed by a vision and great sense of responsibility to create a place that provides more than new homes, but a mix of genuine uses that will deliver enduring public benefit for the local community" – Thomas Hansen, Co-Managing Director

Congratulations to our client PEIFA and to all our project partners who have given their creativity and energy to this game-changing project. And congratulations to the Studio.SC project team for their continuous efforts.
