We're excited to share that Studio. SC's first-of-its-kind vertical retirement village at Oran Park has received DA approval.

Working closely with Tulich, we've helped craft a bold new model for retirement living - one that blends public and private realms to create a connected, wellness-led community. Through a network of plazas, open thresholds and expressive built form, the design invites community interaction, activates opportunity, and layers daily life with amenity and meaning.

Balancing operational performance with placemaking, the project offers flexible living, unique identity and a diverse mix of spaces - from an activated ground plane to elevated green rooftops. Materials are grounded in place, and passive design principles support sustainability, comfort and longevity.

It's a place to connect, adapt and belong - a building designed to age in place, just like its community.
