Studio.SC are honoured to receive three awards for our two projects, Hall and Campbell & Sage by Moran at the Australian Apartment Advocacy Awards for Excellence – NSW held on Saturday night.

Sage By Moran – Cronulla
Award - Ageing in Place
Commendation – Luxury

Inspired by the sculptural rhythms of Cronulla Beach, Sage by Moran reimagines independent living. The 37 luxury residences balances community and privacy, with panoramic rooftop spaces, wellness-focused interiors, and luxurious finishes that elevate the experience of coastal living.

Hall and Campbell- Bondi
Award - Boutique

Designed by Studio.SC, Hall and Campbell is a boutique collection of seven luxury apartments positioned on a prominent corner overlooking Bondi Beach. Seamlessly integrating the heritage ‘Bates Milk Bar’ façade, while introducing sculptural forms inspired by coastal curves, Hall and Campbell delivers a barefoot luxury that connects with Bondi’s vibrant beachside character.

Thank you for the long list of contributors who made these achievements possible. A big congratulations to our clients Provectus Care Pty Limited, Rebel Property & Capitel Group and to Richard Crookes Constructions and Trescon for delivering our designs with care. As always, thank you to our core Studio.SC team members for your hard work on these two projects.
