Among this history are Emily Cottage, an original toll residence serving the Sydney to Melbourne connection, and Quondong, Campbelltown's first schoolhouse. What makes these two pieces of history noteworthy in contemporary times is their integration within the civic precinct of the Campbelltown Catholic Club, which serves 65,00 members, and the Macarthur precinct.

For over 25 years, Studio.SC has worked with the club to define both Club expansion projects and long-term business diversification through informed master plans. The most recent addition to this diversification is a 92-unit retirement living project that combines the site's historic past with the hospitality and quality that the Club continues to provide to the community.

Comprising a ground level of highly crafted resident amenities and common areas, the building's landscape setting interacts with Emily Cottage and gives it new life though resident activation.
