The State Significant development comprises of public domain fronting Hyde Park, boutique retail offering, a 400 keys luxury hotel and 270 luxury residential dwellings.

Our design was based on a new luxury experience, through the creation of a destination for all that is a sophisticated, timeless and an elegant legacy for the City of Sydney.

Our collaboration with Henning Larsen highlighted the importance of finding a balance between ideas: The unique heritage and environment of Sydney, and Nordic Design which is rooted in the elegance of the everyday. Our design struck a balance between inclusive luxury, craftsmanship, and subtlety to create a bespoke outcome.
