The Mooring presents 8 individually designed homes to suit its specific location. No two homes are the same, yet they all share a contemporary and environmentally responsible architectural theme. Created from the inside out, each residence takes its form from the internal experience of looking out across the water, capturing natural light and providing visual privacy.

Living areas are open planned with direct connection and expansive openings to diverse outdoor spaces. Views are framed by outdoor terraces, courtyards or picture windows. On all sides, they have a unique response to their setting. Framing views and providing passive privacy between houses was key and elements such as green roofs reduced the hard landscape appearance for the upper-level houses looking over the lower houses.

The four waterfront residences enjoy instant aces to the marina, whilst the five waterside residences have access via a beautifully landscaped stairway and their own private jetty.
