Designed for the Tulich Family, this 196-dwelling development introduces Oran Park's first vertical retirement village, bringing a new approach to seniors living within the rapidly evolving town centre.
Guided by a philosophy of hospitality, wellness and connection, the design places equal emphasis on the quality of individual homes and shared experiences. A network of landscaped plazas, open thresholds and activated retail spaces creates meaningful connections between residents, their neighbourhood and the broader community.
Inspired by the building’s architectural expression and surrounding landscape, the interiors embrace a warm, natural palette of earthy tones, layered textures and considered finishes. Light filled, open plan spaces create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living, balancing refined aesthetics with everyday comfort and functionality.
Thoughtful layouts, accessible design features and discreetly integrated technology support independence and ageing in place, creating welcoming, adaptable homes designed to evolve with their residents.
More than a place to live, the project creates an integrated community designed to evolve with its residents.
A place to connect, adapt and belong.
