Living Layered with Life
Creating a bold new model for retirement living, Tulich Lifestyle village blends public and private realms to create a connected, wellness-led community.

Designed for the Tulich Family, this 196-dwelling development introduces Oran Park's first vertical retirement village, bringing a new approach to seniors living within the rapidly evolving town centre.

Guided by a philosophy of hospitality, wellness and connection, the design places equal emphasis on the quality of individual homes and shared experiences. A network of landscaped plazas, open thresholds and activated retail spaces creates meaningful connections between residents, their neighbourhood and the broader community.

Expressive built forms establish a distinctive presence within the town centre, while layered rooftop landscapes offer a balance of communal gathering spaces and private outdoor retreats. A diverse range of residences supports evolving lifestyles, complemented by hospitality-led amenities and services that encourage independence, wellbeing and social connection.

More than a place to live, the project creates an integrated community designed to evolve with its residents.

A place to connect, adapt and belong.
