The building grows from its context, extending the canopy of Alexandria Park into the urban realm. Trunks become columns, canopies evolve into wintergardens, and facades are alive with dappled lights. A palette of brick glass, metal and terracotta reflects the textures of bark and leaf grounding the building in its environment while giving it a strong urban presence along Botany Road.
158 Botany Road, at its core, is a future ready workplace. At street level, the design creates a civic landscape that brings the workplace dialogue with its neighborhood. Retail, co-working and communal spaces activate the ground plane, while public art and landscaped gestures embed cultural visibility and memory within everyday experience. Above, adaptable, all -electric workplace prioritise flexibility, daylight, and wellbeing, setting the benchmark for resilient, future-ready design in Alexandrias evolving employment precinct.
The building becomes a mediator between past and future, honoring what has been while signally the precincts transformation into an innovation and employment hub. This is not just an office building but a healthy, sustainable environment- design to adapt, endure, and support the wellbeing of its occupants and community.
