158 Botany Road
Alexandria NSW
Grounded In Place
158 Botany Road is conceived as an architecture of layers. Rooted in country, inspired by park, shaped by heritage and open to the future. A distinctive integration of workplace arrival and neighborhood life brings the building to life: flexible tenancy floorplates, retail lobby cafe, bookable town hall and a spiral connection come together as a continuous landscape of activity that threads through the heart of Alexandria.

The building grows from its context, extending the canopy of Alexandria Park into the urban realm. Trunks become columns, canopies evolve into wintergardens, and facades are alive with dappled lights. A palette of brick glass, metal and terracotta reflects the textures of bark and leaf grounding the building in its environment while giving it a strong urban presence along Botany Road.

158 Botany Road, at its core, is a future ready workplace. At street level, the design creates a civic landscape that brings the workplace dialogue with its neighborhood. Retail, co-working and communal spaces activate the ground plane, while public art and landscaped gestures embed cultural visibility and memory within everyday experience. Above, adaptable, all -electric workplace prioritise flexibility, daylight, and wellbeing, setting the benchmark for resilient, future-ready design in Alexandrias evolving employment precinct.

The building becomes a mediator between past and future, honoring what has been while signally the precincts transformation into an innovation and employment hub. This is not just an office building but a healthy, sustainable environment- design to adapt, endure, and support the wellbeing of its occupants and community.
