Liverpool Civic Place Build to Rent
Liverpool NSW
Creating a Tenant Driven Social Community
Liverpool Civic Place is a $600 million urban renewal project that began in 2016 and comprised two stages. Phase A, completed in 2023, comprised a new Civic library, Council chambers, and A-Grade commercial tower, and Phase B, a proposed 320 apartment Build to Rent Development.

Build to Rent creates a tenant driven community with high provision of amenity, both public and private, thereby creating a stronger connection to Liverpool Civic place and the broader Liverpool precinct.

The scheme has been developed to maximise the public domain and expand on the aspirational objectives of the masterplan, balancing the typology by providing a “living” component that generates an 18-hour economy and focuses on the social and communal heart of Liverpool.

The tower massing expresses three distinct forms that work together to anchor the Eastern portion of the masterplan, cradling the public domain offering, whilst providing a layered and textured approach to the façade detailing.
