Regatta Wentworth Point
Wentworth Point NSW
A Vibrant Community Hub for Residents at Wentworth Point Marinas
Regatta was part of the third stage of the Wentworth Point Marinas development, designed to create a vibrant community destination that connects each of the existing residential buildings, and those to come in the future.

The project synergises aesthetic brilliance and practical, functional, and environmentally friendly ideas into a striking and vertically articulated built form.

An activated street frontage ensures a broader connection to the masterplanned development as a whole, with dinning and retail offerings onsite to provide the community with a central, easily accessible meeting-point that brings residents and visitors together.

Billbergia's sustainable design principles were seamlessly integrated with robust architectural elements and enduring materials including concrete, zinc and glass, ensuring a harmonious blend of form and function.
