Studio.SC is thrilled to announce the promotion of our two new partners, Thomas Hansen and Edward Salib. With a wealth of experience working across Australasia, they bring ambitious design, client and practice leadership skills that will play a key role in shaping the firm’s future.

Alongside our dynamic existing directors, Doug Southwell and Nicholas Bandounas, the four owners, together with the broader leadership team, bring diverse views and experiences, centred on design excellence, in-depth sector capabilities and industry knowledge.

As part of our leadership transformation, Doug will step into the role of Co-Managing Director, together with Thomas, to collectively drive the firm’s strategic direction, design-led culture, and client offering through an intergenerational lens.

Nicholas and Edward will continue to drive design, projects, and growth opportunities, ensuring an equal focus on clients, team, and our unwavering commitment to delivering architectural excellence.

These changes mark a significant milestone in our firm's 40-year history, and Studio.SC is excited about this new chapter as we enter the next evolution of the practice.
